HomeStack is supported by advertising and by affiliate commissions. Some links on this site go to retailers or services that pay us a commission when you make a qualifying purchase after clicking. It costs you nothing extra and the price you pay is the same.

What we do and do not do

• Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored noopener" and sit in boxes that say they are affiliate links.
• Commissions never decide what we write: dates, rules and calculations are the same whether or not a link earns money.
• We do not invent discounts, coupon codes or urgency, and we do not show retailer prices that we have not been given by you.
• Some links currently point to retailer home or search pages without a tracking ID because the related affiliate program may not yet have approved this site.

Programs

We may join affiliate or partner programs related to mortgage comparison (for example Bankrate, LendingTree, NerdWallet partner or Impact mortgage offers where available). A link that carries a tracking ID will be marked as sponsored. Until tags are filled, research links point to official homepages without tracking parameters.

If and when this site is approved for the Amazon Associates Program, this page will state: “As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.”
